We offer digital accounting and tax services, including Self Assessment filing, limited company compliance, and general tax advice. Our communication is handled exclusively via WhatsApp and email. Scheduled calls are only available to clients on our "Full Service" or "Growth" plans.

3. Contracts & Billing

• All new clients begin with a 30-day rolling trial.

• After this, you commit to a 12-month contract.

• Payment is always made in advance. No payment, no work.

• You can cancel with 30 days' notice via email, with final work delivered once the outstanding contract value is paid.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any service tier.

5. Late Payments

Failure to pay will result in service suspension. After a legally reasonable period, unpaid debts may be escalated to third-party debt recovery services.

6. Eligibility

• Services are available to UK and international users

• Clients must be 18 years or older

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by clients not providing timely or accurate information

• HMRC fines or penalties resulting from your failure to comply
